Jaume Masclans Francesch

Jaume Masclans Francesch Andorra la Vella, 05/01/1976), Engineer on Industrial Organization, Mechanical Technical Engineer and Postgraduate on Installations.

He is the Municipal engineer and responsible of the Water Services in Montmeló since 12 years ago. He was also responsible of other direct management public services such as Lighting, Cleaning and Maintenance of roads and equipment.

He worked preparing different installation projects.

During 5 years he was Head of the Area of Territory, Dwelling and Sustainability and he is nowadays Head of the Municipality of Montmeló.

He is author of the book: Manual pràctic de disseny, manteniment i gestió de xarxes d’abastament d’aigua potable (Editorial CETIB. Barcelona, 2010).
